Terms of Return
In the odd case that you are not satisfied with any product, here is our policy on returns:
Please make it a point to understand which products are eligible for returns before purchasing.
You can find the return policy of each product under the Easy Returns section on the product page.

Eligible products can only be returned within 2 days after the delivery date. For return, please submit details here.

Not all products are eligible for returns. However eligible for Exchange, within 2 days of delivery In the unlikely event that the products arrives damaged, defective, wrong item delivered to you. Please reach out to our team at the earliest at admin@zedcasa.com

Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any return request sent 48 hours after the delivery.

For products that are eligible for return, please make sure we will be able to process the refund only if the product is received in original condition along with the tags and packaging. We offer an “easy return policy”, and accept partial returns wherein you can raise a return request for one or all products in your order.

The ZEDCASA Care team must receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time. Once your return has been authorized, we'd be happy to process your refund.

Return Process

Raise A Return Request
Raise a return request by filling up the below form. Please attach 2-3 clear photographs of the item in question. Below are the guidelines to follow while taking the photographs.
1-2 images should clearly show the entire product and 1-2 images zoomed-in on the damaged/defective area such that the relevant concern is visible.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to consider any emails or images sent after 48 hours of the delivery.
Once your return request is reviewed and approved by zedcasa, you need to pack the product in its original packaging and stick a return slip on it (Provided by zedcasa).
2. Evaluate and Pick-Up
Once we receive the images, zedcasa team will connect with you within 24 hours.
The return requests are evaluated by the zedcasa customer experience team in consultation with the merchant. Please note that the resolution or return pick-up will be provided on the basics of return issue.
A product scheduled for return pick-up will be picked up by the logistic partner of the Brand/Merchant from the original shipping address of the order.
